A few things that you may not know about me: - I love chess, but have not played for 20 years - I enjoy texas hold'm and recommend this book and am a poor player. I lose money on it happily in moderate sums. - I collect with my wife, Limor, Swatch watches. - If I was not a VC I would want to be: A teacher; a photographer; or a persian carpet dealer. - I drink soda water. Preferably made by "SodaStream". It is green. It is inexpensive. I love the fact that it is a service, not a product, and the user does the manufacturing and labor. SaaS companies, drink carefully. - I usually read more than one book at a time. It keeps the relationship and the experience for a longer time. - The last movie I enjoyed was city island. |

I'm a fan of Hapoel Haifa, which for most Israelis says almost everything about me. I blog about entrepreneurs, VCs and whatever is in between, spiced with sports, music and life with 5 women (as a father of four girls). |

Even as I write, I can feel my store of memories gracefully evanescing, but take comfort, fellow ancients: the loss of ‘data’ is not – or do I delude myself? – accompanied by any obvious loss in ‘smarts’. Nonetheless, for the sake of my recently arrived great-granddaughter Hailey, if for no other reason, please buy my book, “Milk and Honey and High-Tech”. We can read it together…. |

I have a husband, 3 children, and a career.
As you can imagine, career balancing is my greatest challenge.
Fortunately, my husband is an Acupuncturist, so I get daily treatments for stress, in my own home… |

Joined Gemini Israel upon its inception which coincided with the beginning of Venture Capital in Israel; I have invested in more than 30 companies, some of them very successful (Precise, commtouch, Saifun, Ornet, Allot......) some of them were not. My passion is investing in young companies and taking an active role in turning them into a success stories. I believe education is most important for the long term success of Israel, therefore I am involved with RBNI (Russel Berry Nanotechnology institute in the technion), Recanati business school of Tel-Aviv University and Tel Aviv College. |
